Vanilla, vanilla, vanilla! The madeleines are flavoured with Madagascan vanilla beans freshly grated from vanilla pods. Once baked, they are filled with homemade Madagascan vanilla syrup and individually glazed with Madagascan vanilla beans for extra crispiness and intense flavour. No wonder it won a Great Taste Award!

Madagascan vanilla provides some peppery undertones which work particularly well with the sweetness and caramelised taste of the brown butter.

• The madeleines are individually wrapped in compostable cello bags to ensure they stay fresh for as long as possible (a few days) and presented in an eco-friendly gift box with our luxurious Madeleine and Co ribbon.

• Stored in an airtight container, these bakes will last up to few days from the date of dispatch
