What’s in our madeleines?

Our madeleines are baked on demand from scratch with lots of love and passion in our kitchen. We use only natural ingredients, no preservatives and free range eggs and high quality products.

How long should you keep them for?

Our madeleines are freshly made to order and preservative free. They are at their best on the day of purchase/delivery but you can keep them in their compostable cello bags for up to 6 days in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight in an air-tight container. You can even freeze them for up to 3 months and defrost at room temperature.
